Booking Your DJ Services for Your Event
Before you go ahead and book Unique Touch to secure your date for your
function, I want to
take you through the process of what will happen once the booking is completed.

By far the most straight forward way of booking us is by going through

Completing the Booking Form
However, you may have already done the first two steps some time ago
and simply need to
complete the Booking Form.
Or you may have even spoken to a representative on the phone and just want to
complete the booking.
Whatever stage you're at, we've tried to make it as simple as possible.

After Booking
Once you've filled in your details on the booking page and hit the "Create
Document" button, the
Unique Touch Booking Agreement is shown for you to print and sign. This
page also gives you the
opportunity to pay your deposit with your credit card, check or pay pal.
You are automatically sent an Email with your login user name and password
for you to access
the Client Area of our site. This is where the fun starts.

Confirmation Of Your Booking
Your booking is confirmed when we have received the signed copy of the
Booking Agreement and
your deposit.
If you have an Email address, this is how we will confirm your booking.
At this time, we will also issue an invoice for the remaining balance
with details of how and when
to pay. The invoice is to be seen as confirmation of your booking if you
have no Email address.
Keeping In Touch
If there are any details of your booking you wish to discuss, you can
contact a representative by
phone between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm every day, and via Email at any time.
we guarantee a reply
to Email's within 24 hours, technical hiccups aside.
Prior to your event you will have had the opportunity to speak with your
Unique Touch Staff
and should be at ease concentrating on how exciting your event will be.
Some time during the week before your function, you will be telephoned
to confirm all details and
discuss any last minute issues that may have occurred.
